Backpack Giveaway 

August 14th from 5-7 PM at Axiom Church
This is open to any families living in Midland County that are in need of a Backpack, with basic school supplies, for the upcoming school year.

PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED

*Grade entering
*Age
*Name of school
(*include this information for each child)
Adult contact name and phone number

**There is a limit of 4 children per household. Please do not register separate households on the same email.**

Registration opens on July 15th at 8:00 AM, while supplies last. Early registrations will not be accepted. 

Once registered you will receive a confirmation email. Please bring that email for proof of registration. 

Registration ends when supplies are depleted.
